Idaho's One-Act Play Festival
in Pocatello on April 27 and 28 We
performed THE YELLOW BOAT by David Saar. The play is a true story about
Benjamin Saar, an eight-year-old boy with a disease called hemophilia. In
the early 1980's a new djisease, AIDS, breaks lose and Benjamin becomes
infected. His small body fights for life as his family loves him, the worlds
fears him, and the doctors struggle to keep him alive. Through it all, Benjamin
learns that you don't need to be afraid to sail on THE YELLOW BOAT.
